The Nodule Shoe Company is more than happy to exchange your order for another pair without charging for a second delivery for both our Australian & New Zealand customers.
The Nodule Shoe Company wants you to be completely in love with the purchase of your new Comfortable Nodule Shoes that if you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your purchase and your shoes have remained unworn, unmarked and in the original condition upon receiving them, then you may simply return your Nodules to us for an exchange or refund. Please note refunds and exchanges do not apply to discontinued styles.
Place your order in their original packaging ready to send back
Slip the returns form in with your order
Visit your local Post Office and send your shoes back in a pre paid plastic satchel (Paid by customer)
Once we have received your returns we will process your request within 21 days
To qualify for an exchange or refund your Nodules must:
Have been purchased within 30 days of making the return
Be in the original packaging in its original condition
Not be stretched, scuffed, marked or dirty
Not have been previously returned, One return per order
Not be loosely packaged when making the return
All returns must be sent via standard pre paid post, paid by the customer
If you believe your shoes are faulty, we ask that you send us an email outlining the fault with an attached photo. Once the email is received this will be assessed by our Returns Manager. The Returns Manager will then inform you via email as to whether we are liable for the fault and will approve the return for a replacement. Each fault claim will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and we hold the right to determine whether we a liable for the fault. Only once you receive approval for the return of the fault, are you to send this back to us for a replacement. When you receive the approval email, this will outline how to send this back and to where. If we believe we are not liable for the fault, you will be provided with a reason for this outcome.
