The Nodule Shoe Company only accept returns that are deemed faulty.
If you believe your shoes are faulty, we ask that you send us an email outlining the fault with an attached photo.
Please send all fault claims with an attached photo to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe we have sent you the incorrect shoes, please let us know so we can resolve the issue. Any incorrect shoes that are being returned for the correct pair MUST be in brand new condition and unworn.
